What are the shipping options?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are dispatched within 10 working days (2 weeks) from the time an order is placed.

UK: All orders are sent Royal Mail First Class tracked within the UK. 
 
EU: European orders are sent using the Tracked service (delivery time scales are approximately 7 working days, but can vary)
 
Rest Of the World (ROW): International orders to ROW will be sent using a Tracked service (delivery time scales are approximately 10-12 working days, but can vary depending on location).
 
Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
 
All customs fees need to paid by the receiver. 
 
Paintings/Collages: Larger scale paintings need to be packaged differently as they are on a canvas, so there will be additional shipping costs. Please contact for more info 😊

What do I do if I received a defective order?

I quality check all prints carefully before dispatch.If a print has a visible defect, please email me directly on velcrothoughts@gmail.com within 3 working days of receiving the order.

Do prints come with a frame?

The short answer is no! :) 
All prints are shipped in a tube and secure packaging.
The frames in the photos are for visual purposes only. 
If you are interested in framed prints, please contact me directly. I know of professional and specialist art gallery framers. There will be an additional charge for the frame and extra shipping costs. I will consult with you on the type of frame, mount and size, so you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

Do I take commissions?

Yes! If you want your very own art – based on your favourite pop artist, sports idol, celebrity or cultural phenomenon, just drop me an email. I’ll be happy to chat through your ideas and create something really special that you hopefully love!
