Refund Policy

We don’t accept returns or exchanges. 

All orders will be sent using Royal Mail Services may require a signature upon receipt.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the package once it has been shipped. We also cannot accept any responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed as a result of being incorrectly addressed. We also are not responsible for items not received if signed for or accepted by another person at your address. All orders are sent to the address specified by the customer when the order is placed. Please make sure your address is correct. 

If your order is returned to us because it cannot be delivered, you will be required to pay another postage charge for re-delivery. If this happens and you no longer want your order delivered, you may be liable to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

In the event of items not delivered, please contact us within 45 days of payment. After this date we will be unable to replace or refund your order.

International buyers, please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs in your country. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details of why or for how long your parcel will be delayed. We are also not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.
